How it Works
1. Calculation and generation
Automated generation and calculation
It takes just two minutes to generate a new service agreement in SAM. All you have to do is to enter the car’s registration number and select term, mileage and any additional services, e.g. tyre hotel. SAM will retrieve all the information needed about the car and then calculate the agreement price. SAM is accessed through your own website. This means that your customers will also be able to calculate and order a service agreement.
Sales and electronic approval
When calculated, the service agreement will be emailed to the customer. The customer accepts the agreement electronically by completing payment online directly in SAM. The system accepts payment by all common credit cards, and payment is made directly to your bank account. SAM will handle all subsequent invoicing, payment and collection in case of non-payment.
3. Management and calculation
Renewing, changing or stopping an agreement is extremely easy. When an agreement has been changed, SAM automatically calculates the new price. Automatically generated emails will keep the customer up to date with everything from repair bookings and payment reminders to warning notices about expiry of the agreement or that the mileage has been exceeded. And the system enables you to identify potential upselling or reselling opportunities.
The SAM management module contains all the functionalities you need for smooth and efficient agreement management. We have also integrated a comprehensive statistics tool that enables a quick overview of all agreements and details about, for example, the type of agreement that sells best or who among your sales staff sells most agreements.
